Why do I need to be a member to buy resources?
Membership helps us build a supportive community of parents, educators, and allied health professionals. It also allows us to keep you updated on new resources and provide a better experience.
How do I create an account?
Head to our Registration page and fill in your details. It only takes a minute! Once registered, you'll be able to log in and start shopping.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Visit our Lost Password page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
Resources & Purchases
What kind of resources do you offer?
We create educational and creative resources designed to support neurodiverse brains and the adults who care for them. This includes printable activities, visual supports, social stories, and more.
What format are the resources in?
Most of our downloadable resources are provided as PDF files, which can be viewed on any device and printed at home or at a print shop.
How do I access my purchases after buying?
Once your purchase is complete, you can download your resources immediately. You can also access your past purchases at any time by logging into your My Account page.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once a resource has been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues with a download, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Sharing & Licensing
Can I share resources with my colleagues or other parents?
Each purchase is for single-user use only. If your colleagues or friends would like to use our resources, please direct them to our website to purchase their own copy. This helps us continue creating new content!
Can I use the resources in my classroom or therapy sessions?
Absolutely! Our resources are designed to be used in homes, classrooms, and therapy settings. Your single-user licence covers use within your own professional practice. However, please do not redistribute digital copies to others.
